After putting an arrow in a 137-class 9-pointer on Oct. 12, 2007, Mark Stickley of Hume, Virginia, headed back to the woods on Nov. 12.
He was looking for a big 8-pointer he had seen several times. Late that afternoon, he connected on the big 8. His second Virginia bow buck of the ’07 season grossed 148 4/8 inches.
