Taylor Farrar, 14, of Logan, Ohio, was hunting with her father Chuck Farrar on the first day of the Ohio youth deer season last year when this beautiful 8-pointer came by her stand at 8:45 a.m.

Taylor wasted little time in anchoring the buck with her 20-gauge shotgun. Being Taylor's first buck in three years of hunting, the 200-plus-pound whitetail had a 25 inch spread. Taylor had seen 15 turkey hens and a small 4-point buck before this trophy made his appearance.

The buck received a lot of local attention by being put in The Logan Daily News, Downs Bait Shop, Kroys Meats, and Realtree online. Taylor says that her first buck ever is indeed a "dream" buck!
