Nicolas Metcalf, MIssouri
 It was the first day of the 2006 Missouri firearms season and 21-year-old Nicolas Metcalf of Cuba, Missouri, was hunting in the Mark Twain National Forest in Crawford County.
When this beautiful 11-pointer came by chasing a doe, Nicolas jumped into action with his Remington .308. He made a perfect 100-yard shot on the net 165-inch trophy!
