On Nov. 10, 2007, Dale King took his daughter Madeline on her very first deer hunt during the Youth Firearms Hunt in Wicomico County, Maryland. Madeline was hunting with a Remington Model 700 SPS .243 and she knew how to use it!
While Madeline was hunting out of a ground blind with her dad, this nice 7-pointer came in to investigate a doe-in-heat canister that Dale had put out nearby. Madeline made a perfect 60-yard shot on her first ever whitetail buck!
