 "The deer hunting in Pennsylvania is looking good," says local resident James Mullen.
If you don't believe it, just ask James' 15-year-old daughter, Courtney. Last year, during rifle season, Courtesy bagged this beautiful, 3 1/2 year 8-pointer.
At the time, Courtney was hunting on state game lands with a shoulder punishing .30-06. "Antler restrictions are working well in PA!" James insists.
