Alfredo Jacomino is a longtime whitetail hunter from Miami who has sent us Deer of the Day photos in the past. Here is a fine buck that he shot last season in Sept. 2005 on private land while hunting in Saskatchewan.
The buck is a main-framed 4x5 with split nine-inch brow tines and heavy, six-inch bases. It was Alfredo's first time hunting north of the border. The big buck grossed 164 1/8 and was thought to be 5 1/2 years old.
