After two unsuccessful whitetail trips to the Midwest, Wayne Myers of Penn Laird, Virginia, decided to try his luck in Saskatchewan.
On Nov. 28, 2005, the first day of his Canadian dream hunt, Wayne had been out less than three hours when this 10-point brute walked out at 240 yards. Wayne’s .338 Magnum easily found its mark. The hefty 255-pound trophy whitetail grossed 148 inches.
