Dale Holcomb, Michigan
Dale Holcomb of Fort Gratiot, Michigan proudly poses with his 13-year-old son Wade along with the results of a recent Youth Hunt in Manton, Michigan held in September 2006.
Wade's first-ever whitetail had 8 points and sported a 16-inch inside spread. Fittingly, Wade was shooting his late grandfather's Remington Model 700 ADL.
The rifle had never taken a deer so it was a first for both rifle and hunter!
