On Dec. 15, 2007, Connor Beurskens, 13, of Marshalltown, Iowa, was hunting with his father and grandfather on a 130-acre farm when several good bucks appeared.
Using a Mossberg 20-gauge pump, Connor aimed at the biggest buck and squeezed the trigger. This 9-pointer dropped in his tracks. “It was my first big buck!” Connor said.
