Gary Holt, Ohio

It doesn't always take a lot of stand time to come home with a monster whitetail. On opening morning of the 1992 Ohio shotgun season, Bucyrus resident Gary Holt got off work at 7 a.m., and by 8:30 he was home with this 23-inch drop-tined brute! The Crawford County deer dressed out at 200 pounds.
