Kim Hoag, Michigan

A whitetail hunter is fortunate to claim even a single 14-point buck in his career. Shotgun hunter Kim Hoag of Athens, Michigan, got two in the span of just seven years. The one at left, taken in Nov. 1988 at a range of 40 yards, has a net B&C score of 152 2/8 points; the one at right, shot in Nov. 1995 at 11 yards, nets 189 0/8. Both trophies lived in southern Michigan.
