Dec. 4, 2002 brought plenty of snow for northeast Kansas — not to mention plenty of excitement for Overland Park's Joe Bormann. After driving 30 miles in snow and on snow-packed roads, the senior citizen was in his stand at 6 a.m. and ready for the gun opener. JJust after daybreak Joe's "can" call lured in this big 8-pointer, which has a pair of 10-inch tines and another pair that stretch 8 inches.
