Muzzy Moment: Coyotes Attack Doe

We're all well aware of the effects of coyote predation on the whitetail population. However, we don't always expect to see it unfold right in front of us.

While enjoying some father-daughter hunting with his 6-year-old, Brenna, Kansas bowhunter Dylan Smith passed on a couple of bucks and instead arrowed a nice doe. As the doe bolted towards the woods and disappeared on a death run, it reappeared in the field moments later with a pair of coyotes in hot pursuit.
