Deer of the Day - New Brunswick Heavyweight, Ian Mackinnon

Ian Mackinnon first saw his massive bodied buck on his Bushnell Trophy Cam horsing around with another mainframe 8 point. The picture was taken the middle of September in New Brunswick, Canada and Ian had high hopes that he'd get the drop on one of these big bucks with his bow.

Using his Fred Bear Truth 2 bow with Easton Power Flight carbon arrows that were tipped with Slick Trick broadheads, Ian was able to take the 10-point buck that field dressed out at 260 lbs!

"This was a big deer for here, but the eight point in the trail cam picture has a bigger rack than this 10 point. I hope to see him in the 2011 season," shared MacKinnon.
