Larry McCann, Michigan

Using a .44 handgun, Larry McCann of Centreville, Michigan, scored big during the November 1990 firearms season. He downed this 10-pointer, which scores 161 4/8 points, while hunting a local river bottom. The exceptional whitetail placed third overall among Michigan gun-taken deer that year and at the time held the same rank among the state's all-time typicals by handgun.
