Over the past few years there's been a notable resurgence of interest in traditional bowhunting. And why not? After all, in the hands of a capable hunter, a recurve or even a longbow can still be an effective tool. During the 1997 Pennsylvania bow season, John Eisenhauer of Lebanon used a recurve to arrow this 27-inch 18-pointer.
