Jo Allison "Bug" Flaugher, Kentucky

Every deer hunter dreams of taking a trophy buck on opening day, and a certain percentage are lucky enough to see that wish granted. Jo Allison "Bug" Flaugher of Bowling Green, Kentucky, lived the dream on Nov. 9, 1991, the gun opener that year. This 185-pound Butler County 15-pointer made the mistake of venturing within 25 yards of the hunter's ambush, a chip shot for her .243.
