Muzzy Moment: Hunter Frees Trapped Buck

Muzzy Moment: Hunter Frees Trapped Buck

While leaving the woods after a morning hunt, a New Jersey hunter came across a buck in apparent need of assistance. The buck had somehow managed to get a tine stuck under a tree root. Clearly exhausted, the buck had all but given up the struggle. Thankfully, the hunter was equipped with the tools he needed to set this buck free.

Not only did this New Jersey hunter help free the trapped buck, but he also positioned himself between the buck and a nearby highway to ensure the disoriented whitetail wouldn't cause more harm to itself or motorists.

Watch the action unfold in this Muzzy Moment segment.
