As the crow flies, it's nearly 1,700 miles from Pete Collins' home in Live Oak, Florida, to the Yellowstone River bottom in Forsyth, Montana. But after his 1994 hunt in Big Sky country, he'd tell you it wasn't too far to go. While in his stand on Nov. 15, the hunter was thrilled to see this super-tall 9-pointer chase a doe out of nearby willows. The buck's longest tine is a stunning 15 inches, and he has a gross B&C score of 173.
