Sitting as it does between the legendary trophy hotspots of Ohio and Illinois, Indiana has a world of big-buck potential. The habitat and genetics are there, so when bucks get a chance to reach maturity, they can reach impressive size. During the 1995 season, traditional bowhunter Danny Woodall of Shelbyville used his recurve to nail this big-bodied 12-pointer, which has a 19 1/2-inch inside spread.
