First Buck for Show-Me-State Hunter, Maryann Heaton

My wife, Maryann Heaton took this 12 pointer on the afternoon of opening day November 12th, 2011 on our family farm in central Missouri. It was her first day ever deer hunting and she hot him at 100 yards while he trailed a doe. He had three points broken off and gross green scored 160 5/8". We're super proud of her. What a way to start deer hunting! - John Heaton

Congrats on a fantastic buck Maryann!
