ALPINE ARCHERY

ALPINE ARCHERY

Alpine's new Velocitec Cam is a hybrid system employing two very different cams. Both have dual payout grooves, and the cables are not attached to the limbs. The upper Control Cam provides the smooth draw cycle, while the lower Power Cam gives the new 32-inch Silverado its quickness, rated at 325 fps.

The Velocity was the hot bow last year, and it's still in the Archery Research line, but the AR-31 has returned for 2007. At only 31.5 inches long, with a forgiving brace height of 8.25 inches, this is the consummate tree stand or ground blind bow. The Ram Plus Cam delivers all the speed you need, at just over 300 fps.
