New Jersey Public Land Trophy, Michael Weisneck

I bagged my New Jersey buck of a lifetime in 2011. For four days I hunted out of one of my treestands without seeing a single buck. I decided to check out one of my stands on public property and noticed there was another stand about 30 yards from mine. I really didn't want to hunt that stand the next day with there being another stand so close, but my cousin insisted I hunt the stand and we can move it later.

The next day I got there early with my Parker Tornado crossbow and some tools to move my stand after hunting. I ended up seeing a total of four bucks within an hour. The fourth buck had three does in front of it and the rest is history!! -- Michael Weisneck

Congrats on a great hunt and deer Mike!
