Video: Race Car Hits/Kills Whitetail on Track

If you ever needed proof that whitetails can appear out of nowhere while driving, look no further.

We're not sure where this video was taped, but it appears to be a race track with several souped up amateur vehicles, including this Corvette, starting their hot laps for an ensuing race. This driver wasn't aware that in addition to racing, he'd also have to dodge whitetail deer.

The ending of the video isn't pretty, but it's a good reminder to all to pay attention while driving in heavily populated whitetail areas and to continue to do your part in keeping deer populations in check by hunting!
